Firas Haffar

Firas Haffar is a healthcare executive and operational leader with nearly two decades of experience in emergency medical services, healthcare operations, and strategic business growth across the UAE. As the Chief Operating Officer of Capital Ambulance, he has played a central role in the company’s growth and expansion, helping position it among the leading private ambulance and pre-hospital care providers in the region.

Firas joined the organization as its first employee, initially serving in admin and business development before advancing to the role of COO. Over the years, he has contributed significantly to the company’s operational growth, organizational development, and long-term strategic direction. He is recognized for his hands-on leadership style, operational expertise, and strong understanding of the healthcare and EMS sector within the UAE and the wider Gulf region.

Firas holds an MBA from Chifley Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Abu Dhabi University. He remains passionate about driving operational excellence, sustainable growth, and innovation within the healthcare industry.
