Saoud H. Dweik is a seasoned finance executive with more than 20 years of experience in strategic financial leadership, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, financial planning and analysis, governance, and business expansion across the UAE and regional markets.
Throughout his career, Saoud has played a key role in strengthening financial performance, improving governance frameworks, optimizing capital structures, and supporting executive and board-level decision-making. His expertise spans financial planning and analysis, treasury and cash flow management, risk management, internal controls, IFRS compliance, financial reporting, and multi-entity consolidation.
His career has spanned multiple industries, including manufacturing, mining, constructions, oil & gas, automotive, and holding groups, enabling him to acquire a broad skill set and deep understanding of financial management across various sectors.
He has led a number of major strategic initiatives, including the acquisition of a subsidiary in Saudi Arabia, where he managed due diligence, valuation, and transaction execution, as well as the establishment of a joint venture in India through feasibility studies, financial modelling, and market-entry planning. He has also successfully strengthened organizational liquidity by increasing banking facilities. Saoud has extensive experience in corporate restructuring, ERP implementation, VAT compliance integration, and the development of financial policies and governance frameworks across group entities. His background also includes senior leadership roles in finance, support services, financial control, internal audit, and accounting. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Jerash University, Jordan, and has earned several internationally recognized professional qualifications, including Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA), Diploma in IFRS, GCC VAT Compliance Diploma, and Certified Financial Consultant (CFC).
